- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-in, prep, undercounter) at < or = 4C
- Stand-up freezer at < or = -18C
- Hot holding unit (sauce) at > or = 60C
- Low temperature dishwasher is available. 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer detected at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in spray bottle
- Washrooms for customers are equipped with adequate hand washing stations
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Permit is posted in a visible location

*Reviewed storage procedures for fries. Ensure they are kept in the cooler when they are not being used. Minimize the amount of time that they are sitting at room temperature by returning the remaining uncooked fries to the cooler as soon as possible.
*Temperature logs were available but recorded improperly. Temperature gun that was used to monitor cooler temperatures was not functioning correctly and giving a higher reading than normal. Obtain a new working thermometer for monitoring purposes. Ensure cooler temperatures are at 4C/40F or less and freezer temperatures are at -18C/0F or less.
*Some cleaning is required on the floors underneath the dry storage area
