Comments

-Concession stand is in operator during the weekends and evenings. Permit is valid from April to September
-Domestic refrigerator/freezer units were at 0C/-16C and 4C/-9C.
-Upright freezers were at -16C and -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -21C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach, add 1 teaspoon of bleach per 4 litres of water. All food is served using single use dishware and utensils.
-Handwash station shared with the 2-compartment sink. Accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Surfaces will be sanitized with bleach (1/2 teaspoon per litre of water).
-Minor amounts of food stored on-site. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-Minor evidence of pests (old droppings). Clean and sanitized areas with bleach disinfectant and monitor for pest issues and contact the City as needed.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Canadian Institute of Food Safety) valid until May 03, 2027.
