Corrective Action(s): Items have not yet been removed from facility as per Initial Inspection (Aug 19, 2022), Routine Inspection (Sept 20, 2022), and Follow-up Inspection/Correction Order (Sept 22, 2022). Owner stated there is a contract with an electrician to facilitate removal and a purchaser from Kelowna. Provide evidence of contract or purchase by October 4, 2022, or further enforcement action will be taken for failure to comply with a Public Health Order. Violation Score: 5

- temperature log has been started for October - staff were able to demonstrate warewashing method - staff knew of 2 hour hot holding time for pearls - recipe on wall has been changed > ensure pearls are time-stamped - two staff members stated they have FOODSAFE Level 1 (or equivalent) > keep copies of certificates on-site for verification > owner stated some staff have been signed up for FOODSAFE Level 1 - remove waffledog from menu Report not signed due to COVID-19 protocols. Report printed and reviewed with staff.
