Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # SSZO-D2FVVL of Feb-14-2024 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Black mildew observed in ice machine. Correction: Unplug ice machine, clean and sanitize properly.

Comments

The following items have been noted: -->Pizza prep cooler is now measured at 0.8oC. -->Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized. Facility must remain closed. Walk-in cooler is still measured over 4oC, ranging from 4.9oC to 5.6oC. In order to re-open, walk-in cooler must be able to maintain temperatures at 4oC or less at all times. Written approval must be granted by Fraser Health Authority in order to re-open.
