Observation: Scoops used for salsa sauce and tuna mix has fallen inside the content. The ladle used for scooping ice at the smoothies area has fallen inside the ice bucket as well.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handles for scoops and ladle are kept outside of foods. Handles can be a source of contamination.

Yogurt in container was kept on ice with internal temperature of 1.4C - good
Freezer used for frozen fruits measured at -18C
Under the counter (UTC) coolers measured 2.4C to 3.8C
Retail display cooler at 3.6C
Preparation cooler inserts at 0.8C; lower section at 2.3C
3 upright freezers were all between -19C to -24C
Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop is stored outside in a clean container.
Dipper well appeared to be clean with adequate running water.
Labelled spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces measured 200 ppm QUATS
3 compartment sink measured 200 ppm QUATS
Thermometers were at all refrigeration units and were all in good working order.
Temperature monitoring logs are maintained.
