Observation: Cooler temperature was 21C. Temperature discovered to be low this morning by church staff/volunteers - repair technician called for servicing.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods moved out of the cooler into working coolers at the time of inspection. Do not use the cooler until it is repaired and capable of holding foods at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius. Obtain a thermometer for the inside of the cooler as outside digitial thermometer is not accurate.

Kitchen in-use at time of inspection - Christmas dinner preparation
Brand new door installed leading from kitchen to outside. Large gap evident underneath door. Operator is aware and has arranged to have weatherstripping applied underneath door to prevent pests from entering premise
Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Bleach sanitizer spray bottles available *concentration way too strong - 100 ppm required = 1/2 teapoon chlorine bleach in 1 L of water *please re-label bottles with this ratio
High-temperature dishwasher reached 77.7C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle *took 5 runs to come up to the required temperature
No signs of pests observed
General sanitation is good
