Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 3C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers were at -14C and -20C.
-Hot holding cabinet (take out orders) was at 80C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Both handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours (timer). Sanitizer pails were tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Pest control reports indicate no pest activity inside the facility. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until June 25, 2023.
