Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various food items in prep cooler bottom compartment were above 4 deg C and had been in there for for over 12 hours:
1) Sliced cheese (prepackaged): 9.6 deg C
2) Grated cheddar cheese in container: 6.9 deg C
3) Chicken Breasts: 6.9 deg C
4) Gravy in plastic container: 6.9 deg C
Corrective Action(s): All food items discarded. As discussed, all potentially hazardous food items need to be kept at 4 deg C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink by drive thru window is not functional.
Corrective Action(s): Manager has indicated it will be repaired this week. Use the other handwash sink in the corner until the broken handsink is repaired.

Observation: 1) Sandwich prep cooler was at 8.7 deg C (bottom compartment). Top compartment was left open during inspection as well.
2) Paper towel dispenser at handsink in corner (by ice cream area) was not working.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair or adjust cooler such that it maintains food to have internal temperature of 4 deg C or less. As discussed, if the top lid for the cooler inserts are left open, this can potentially increase the temperature of the bottom compartment of your cooler as well. Keep the lid closed when not in use.
