Follow-up inspection conducted. The operator still did not have copies of invoices on site to show where the meats were being purchased from. The operator claimed that her son manages the invoices and keeps them at home. The operator was given 1 month to gather proof of purchase. Inspector will return within 1 week to follow-up. Further delay in compliance will lead to enforcement. Signature not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the report is to be emailed to the operator on the previously provided email address.
