Observation: Two dead rodents found in back area.

Install two additional traps at front area under equipment and in cupboards where droppings are found.
Seal hole in bottom cupboard where droppings were observed. Use non-chewable materials such as metal pot-scrubbers or metal flashing.

Observation: Droppings found in various locations:
- in back kitchen under shelving unit and under oven
- In front in lower cupboard and under iced coffee unit

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all affected areas with 200ppm Chlorine solution
Remove all items from ALL LOWER CUPBOARDS AND SHELVES then clean and sanitize all lower shelves and cupboards with 200ppm Chlorine.

NOTE: no items were stored in lower cupboards with rodent droppings. Do not store any items in the cupboards where rodent droppings were observed until infestation is completely eliminated.
