Corrective Action(s): Ensure 200ppm quats is avaialble for use at all times. Refill spray bottles on a daily basis. Verify concentration with test strips.

Observation: Leak observed from drainage pipe below the sanitize sink at the 3 compartment sink meant for manual warewashing. Water observed pooling on the floor under the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Service the drainage pipe. Ensure all equipment is in good working order. Correct by April 6, 2018.
