Note: Facility was closed during the pandemic and has recently re-opened. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests, traps are in place. Integrated pest management discussed with the operator. Kitchen dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate. Bar glass washer had 100 ppm chlorine. General sanitation was satisfactory.
