Follow up to routine inspection conducted on August 30, 2019. Facility was not open for service today.

Previous infractions corrected:

-Cleaning of construction material and pest activity complete.
-Drainage hose properly installed.
-Cooking and hot holding units properly installed.

Cooking units and hot holding units have now been installed and in working order.
3 hot table holding units at 60C and above. 2 soup well cooking units in good working order.
Prep table at 3.9C, work table freezer at -12C, sushi display bar at 1.2C, self serve sushi bar at 4C and below,
counter cooler at 2C, prep cooler 2 at 4C and below.
All units have temperature monitoring in place.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand sink has liquid soap, paper towels and running water.
Finishes made of food grade materials.
300 ppm quat sanitizer from main kitchen in use.
This unit uses main kitchen dishwashers: #1 at 71C at the plate, #2 at 76.7C at the plate according to min/max temp probe.
Permit posted in visible location.

No other concerns. Facility now in compliance. Approval to operate issued by Fraser Health
