- Premises serves/sells only drinks (beer, cider and highballs) and pre-packaged non-potentially hazardous foods (chips)
- Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Glasswasher operational. >50ppm chloring detected on glass after cycle. Test strips present to check chlorine residual.
- Glasswasher and beer lines/taps are serviced monthly.
- Sanitizer solution present in spray bottle. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Ice machine and ice wells appears clean/maintained.
- Sliding door cooler 4C.
- Countertop cooler 4C
- Thermometers present in coolers for temperature monitoring although, no potentially hazardous foods present
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection
- Manager has completed Foodsafe level 1 (certficate valid until Aug. 2024)
- Health permit posted.
Note: Single door pepsi cooler not operating/not in use. Manager reported it may be replaced if it cannot be repaired.
