Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Samosas stored in a display case with only the lights on and no heat. Internal temperature of the samosas were 80F/27C.
Corrective Action(s): Samosas have been put into the fridge. Do not keep samosas in the display case until further notice.
