Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on December 9, 2024, regarding Policies and Procedures, and Care and Supervision.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered and reviewed through interviews, an on-site inspection and a review of documentation.

Licensing confirmed the bus driver is making a left turn where a right turn only sign is displayed.

The following contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act was determined: Section 7(1)(b)(i), Standards to be maintained.

Observation: During school drop off, the bus driver makes a left turn where only right turn is permitted while transferring the children to school.
