Comments

- New paper towel dispenser at back hand sink has been installed
- All cleaning has been done - good. Please ensure grills, vent hoods, and interiors of all coolers are cleaned and sanitized on a weekly basis.
- Sauces in inserts next to grill were at around 6-7C. Ensure inserts are filled only halfway, and that the ice water level is high enough such that the inserts can be fully submerged in the ice water.

For Correction:
- Cutting boards are scheduled to be sanded down tomorrow morning. Please email photos of refinished cutting boards to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca
- Install a UV fly light in the dishwashing area
- Service grease trap
- Continue cleaning and flushing floor drain in dish pit, and continue cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces in this area.
