Hand wash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in dispenser and paper towel in dispensers. Quat sanitizer >200ppm (800ppm). Dishwasher >71C (78.9C). Dishwasher is dripping, operator said they have plans to have this fixed. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Coolers <4C. Covers on line cooler work well, please keep down when not in use. Freezers <-18C. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. All prep tables are clean condition and in good repair. Backsplash for kitchen area up top made of wood. Recommend sealing to ensure this does not mold and is a cleanable surface (food grade stain).
