Hazard 306 Corrected General sanitation of the premises has improved. Continue cleaning the floor along cupboards and underneath all equipment. Keep storage area clean and free of unnecessary items. Food Safety plan reguarding cookie dough was provided. No concerns. Sanitation procedure for ice cream machine was reviewed. Satisfactory. Provide written procedure (sanitation plan) that show how you are cleaning and sanitizing the ice cream machine. by June 1/2021 These can be posted in the kitchen. Reminder to use plain, unscented bleach.
