Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Both upright coolers, three under-the-counter one door coolers, and display cooler was at or below 4 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Temperature record log for refrigeration units was being maintained.
A probe thermometer was available.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside the buckets with wiping cloths and from the dispenser.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 74 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was above 82 degrees C at the manifold (measured from the gauge) for at least 10 seconds during the final rinse cycle.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and was equipped with drain plugs.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Manager had a FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate valid until October 21, 2023.
Ice machine was in a clean condition.
