Follow up inspection:
-An adequately sized drain plug was purchased so that the grocery bag is not required to be placed below it to contain the bleach water in the sink.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was set up in the third compartment sink.
-It was reviewed that all pizza trays, tongs, knives, and food containers (food equipment/food contact surfaces) must be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and then air dried.
