- Areas which were identified in previous routine and follow up inspection reports have been cleaned to remove debris. Overall sanitation appears to have improved. Ensure frequency and detail of cleaning particularly in hard to reach areas (ie. under equipment) is sufficient to maintain this level of sanitation. Asst Mgr reported cleaning frequency for back floor area has been increased. - Flies are no longer present at front barista area. Keep this area free of moisture and food debris. Contact pest control if pest issues return.
