Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # DWAG-CBESB8 of Feb-07-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1. Accumulation of food debris observed on the deli slicer. 2. Dust and food stain observed on the plastic knife rack. Some knives were stored in the crack in between the preparation table and knife rack. Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned equipment and knives, especially the hard to reach areas for equipment. Knives must be stored in a proper food grade rack or container. Do not store knives in between cracks. Correct by: immediately.
