Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temp of milk and cream (flasks) were 10 and 15 oC- been stored at room temperature more then 2 hrs
Corrective Action(s): Discard temp abused products- ensure to keep these in cooler during none busy hours- busy hours fill 1/3 and change frequently (Max 2hrs)

Comments

-Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
-All freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
-Hot holding for soups not on a time of visit.
- All coolers equipped with thermometers.
-* Almost all items covered and protected from contamination, noted one container without cover with serving spoon inside
- Bleach sanitizer >100 ppm in spray bottle
* High tem dishwasher : not able to check it due to time taking to warm up (for first time must run 1 hr to heat up) left a thermolabel to run through the machine take a picture and send it via email to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca today - will be back to check ( in sometime in afternoon another day)
- No sign of pest activity at the time of inspection
-General sanitation is good at time of visit.
