Walk in cooler closest to entrance: 4 deg C, staff member was going in and out during inspection
Other walk in cooler: 2.5 deg C
Walk in freezer (by kitchen entrance): -18.1 deg C
Upright Cooler (labelled "cook's prep fridge"): 2 deg C
