Comments

Routine Inspection:
- Dedicated handwashing station equipped with liquid soap, single-use paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Ice machine, see above.
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72.4C at the plate level. Gauge read 192F.
- 2-door under the counter cooler measured at 3.4C.
- Domestic cooler measured at 4.6C.
- Display cooler measured at 1.5C.
- Upright cooler measured at 0.5C to 2.4C.
- All coolers equipped with working thermometers.
- Labelled spray bottle measured 200ppm of Quats. Reminder to label the new bottle of multi-surface cleaner as well.
- Washroom maintained in sanitary condition. Handwashing station is satisfactory.
- FoodSafe training requirement was met at time of inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- No signs of pests at time of inspection.
