Freezers (2 chest) at < or = to -18 C.
Hot holding units (rice, soup) at > 60 C.
Low temperature dishwasher at 50 ppm of Chlorine sanitizer. Chlorine test strips available.
Surface sanitizers available in spray bottle (Chlorine at 100 ppm).
Note: A white buckets with wiping cloths must be kept in Chlorine solution (100 ppm).
Dry storage area - satisfactory.
Note: Dry food items are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids.
