Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rodenticide pellets found on plates under the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Rodenticide pellets are not permitted for use in a commercial food establishment. If found onsite again, this will result in the issuance of an Order. Use snap traps.

Observation: Some of the required cleaning has been carried out. All shelves over cooking preparation tables, sides of cooking equipment, walls and chopping blocks have minor build up of debris. Clean hard plastic dividers between chopping blocks and preparation tables.

Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and maintain these areas.
