- All cooler units are measured at less than 4C
- Freezer is measured at less than -18C
- Accurate thermometers are available in all units and temperature records are maintained
- Hot holding unit is measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher measured 74 C at the utensil surface during the final rinse.
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at 200ppm quats solution at three compartment sink dispenser and in buckets.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
