Follow-up inspection conducted. Comments: Smoothie cooler was at or below 4C (measured at -1.5C at the time of inspection). Repairs have been made according to the district supervisor. Cooler was equipped with a thermometer. Ensure to monitor the temperature of the coolers on a regular basis in accordance with the food safety plan. QUATs from the dispenser and inside the 3rd compartment sink unit was at 200ppm. Test strips were available onsite. District supervisor informed that repairs were made to correct the water pressure level. Ensure to monitor the concentration of QUATs according to the sanitation plan on a regular basis.
