Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels other than the handwashing sink across the combi oven.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 77.1C final rinse temperature.
Display cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer and ice cream freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit not in use at the time of inspection. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Food stored at least 6 inches above the floor.

NOTE: Service the front beverage display cooler handles as it is observed to be broken. Follow facility's Sanitation Plan on cleaning and sanitizing hard to reach areas daily. Remove vegetable dicer if not related in normal operations. All kitchen equipment (e.g.: can opener, meat slicer) must be washed and sanitized after each-use.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
