Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution for food prep surface not available at the beginning of the inspection. Staff had prepared 200ppm chlorine solution in a bucket and was advised to have all food prep surfaces sanitized using the solution at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have 100-200ppm chlorine solution prepared every morning and use the solution to have all food contact surfaces sanitized before initiating any food prep, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation. Use the test strips provided at this time.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezer operating at -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
- Washroom satisfactory. Dry storage area satisfactory.
- Foods from approved sources.
- General food storage practice satisfactory at this time. However, ensure to obtain proper scoops for yogurt/food stored in small containers as discussed at this time.

NOTE: Ventilation hood filters to be replaced. Ensure to have the edge of handwashing sink resealed as well.
