Hand delivered Permit to operate. Please post the Permit on conspicuous location. Met with owner and discussed the daily operation of the food facility, including daily cleaning and sanitation and daily temperature logs
At least one food safe certified food handler is available per shift.
Low temperature dishwasher - supplied with bleach ( measured at 50ppm/test strips are available )
quats/ measured at 200ppm ( ensure to have test strips for daily monitoring of concentration )

Suggestion: in the future add one more prep table/surface at the back to keep clear separation of the raw meats and vegetables.
