At time of inspection, sanitizer exceeded 200ppm Cl. Be sure to maintain sanitizer between 100-200ppm Cl (1/2 tsp - 1 tsp per spray bottle). Spray bottles were re-made and re-tested to 200ppm at time of inspection.
Wiping cloth at espresso station available - however, sanitizer required changing. Be sure to maintain sanitizer at 100-200ppm Cl and wiping cloth is to be kept in solution.
Stairs in storage area require repair - guards have already been purchased.

As discussed in previous inspection, keep temperature logs for:
- all cold holding units, at least twice daily. Temperatures to be at 4C or less
- all hot holding units, at least twice daily. Temperatures to be at 60C or above
- dishwasher's rinse temp, at least once daily. Rinse temperature to be above 180F at the gauge or 160F tested via thermometer on the inside.

All temperatures meet health requirements
Dishwasher tested at 75.7C at plate surface during rinse cycle. Gauge stated rinse cycle exceeded 82C/180F
General cleanliness is satisfactory
Baked goods at point of sale are covered
Hand sink equipped
Ice machine maintained - scoop in a separate container. Ensure scoop is not stored under paper towel dispenser.
