Routine inspection with the presence of 3 staff. - Overall sanitation was satisfactory. - Display coolers for beverage, dairy products and sandwiches measured < or = 4C. - Display freezers for ice cream, upright freezer in the back room for ice cream or sandwiches storage all measured < or = -18C - Coffee pots, coffee dispenser nozzles, coffee stations were in a sanitary condition. - 3-compartment sink in the back room was available for cleaning equipment. 100ppm bleach was used for sanitizing the contact surfaces. Staff knows how to make 100ppm bleach. - Slurpee nozzles cleaned with hot water and paper towel to prevent flies infestation. - Randomly checked the Best before Date of the items, no expired products observed. - Prepackaged food sealed properly and in their original packages. - No signs of pest activities during inspection.
