1) Mouse observed in trap along west wall.
2) Rodent droppings observed throughout the facility including the laundry room, storage rooms
Corrective Action(s):
1) Remove rodent and dispose of in a sanitary manner
2) Clean and sanitize areas where rodent droppings are found with a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach to 9 cups water).

Ensure that:
- all foods are checked for rodent bite marks before use; if there is evidence that rodents have eaten the foods, those foods must be discarded
- all opened packages are placed in pest proof containers
- all entry points into the premises are sealed
- clutter is reduced

If pest issue persists, a professional pest control company must be contracted.
