Routine Inspection conducted today.
Facility to butcher regulated by CFIA and cut carcasses to be shipped to branch facility for further processing.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Processing Rooms measured at 3.7C air ambient temperature. Walk-in coolers measured at 1.9C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
Processing Room and bandsaw cleaned and sanitized daily. Processing Room and bandsaw hose down with water, pressure wash with hot water, hose down with e-san (200ppm QUATs), then rinse with hose of water.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure to remove built-up of ice from walk-in freezer.

Overall, facility is well organized.
