Follow-up inspection:
-the following cleaning has been done: bottom of front prep cooler, bottom of small front beer cooler, floors underneath of dishwashing sinks, and fan cover in walk in cooler
-mat that fan was sitting on in front area has been removed
-caulking between handsink and two compartment sink in kitchen has been removed, sign as been placed on handsink, "do not store anything in handsink"
Outstanding items from last inspection still include:
*vent hood has also been cleaned but it still needs to be professionally cleaned and inspected
*main prep cooler still has not been serviced - staff are placing ice in the unit and not storing any food in the bottom, only in the top trays (condiments, bacon, vegetables), do not store more food than what can be used within four hours, and no food kept in unit over night - have unit serviced ASAP
*operator still to sign up for FoodSafe course
