Replace the back splash behind the wash down sinks. It is covered with mold. Paint the discolored wall next to the dishwasher.
Clean the floor under the cooking equipment to remove debris and grease.
Ensure the sink in the staff washroom is unobstructed and available for hand washing. Covered clean aprons and work garment can be stored in the washroom.
