-Follow-up inspection to Feb 20, 2018. -Food safety and sanitation plans have been completed and submitted. -Facility was serviced on March 2, 2018 for rats and mice. Additional multicatch stations have been added to the facility. General cleaning has also been carried out and upstairs storage area excess clutter has been removed and pallets have been moved away from the walls to allow for monitoring of pest activity. Continue to monitor for pests and contact pest control for service as needed. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
