discussed with staff dishwasher rinse cycle water temperature. They are aware that temp must reach 180F (82C) in rinse cycle for approximately 10 seconds. They informed me that temp is reached but if dishwasher isn't used for awhile the booster heater stops. In this case please ensure that before using dishwasher staff check to make sure rinse cycle water temperature on gauge reaches 180F before using.
