Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food product is covered prior to storage to prevent potential contamination.
- Do not leave scoops in bulk food product
- Ensure all open bulk food product is transferred into containers with tight fitting lids to prevent potential pest entrance
- Do not double stack open food product to prevent contamination.
- Install sneeze guard in the customer display area.

- Chlorine available in sanitizer buckets for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Sanitizer concentration too strong. Mix 2 ml per litre of water.
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C
- 3 door freezer ambient air temperature at -15.7 degree C and new air freezer ambient air at -9.9 degree C
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
- Food color is edible
- Foodsafe level 1 trained staff on duty.
