Corrective Action(s): Repair water leak immediately. A deep clean is required once leak has been fixed.

Observation: Sanitation procedures need to be followed and improved. No documentation available or recorded for completed cleaning duties.
Corrective Action(s): Revise cleaning schedule so it can be followed by all employees. Record and date each cleaning task throughout facility. ensure to include all sanitation procedures including hard to reach areas, under equipment and storage areas.

Followup inspection to report # KDEL-AMTSMD.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitation has improved in dry storage area.
Pest control is in place and inspections are conducted by Abell Pest Control twice weekly.
Note: Please send all reports to Environmental Health officer via email on weekly basis.
