Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several knives observed not properly cleaned affixed to the magnetic strip. Only clean knives are to be stored on the magnetic strip.
Corrective Action(s): Knives were removed to be washed and sanitzed. Container set up at time of inspection to store dirty knives. Ensure container is labelled and all staff are aware.
