- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - 3 compartment sink had 200 ppm quat, test strips are available - no signs of pest activity noted during inspection - under counter cooler was 8C, adjusted at time of inspection make sure to keep below 4C. NOTE: do not use lysol wipes on counters, use rag kept in quat sanitizer or fill spray bottle with quat sanitizer and use paper towel to wipe counter.
