Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on the floor throughout the food store area (code 304).
Corrective action: Implement a pest control program involving mechanical traps and organic bait to capture any potential pests. Clean up all affected areas with bleach water to remove rodent droppings. Monitor for signs of recent pest activity, seal holes to prevent entry of pests, and declutter. Ensure food is protected from contamination and any contaminated food is discarded.

Observation: Walk-in cooler still contained debris near the fan covers, ceiling, and walls. Water was dripping as well inside the walk-in-cooler. (Code 306)
Corrective action: Clean the inside of the walk-in-cooler to remove the build-up of debris. Ensure water does not drip onto any food items.

-Cheque of $150.00 made to Fraser Health for permit fee was proved for the current fiscal year from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018.

The following issues are still outstanding from the routine inspection:

1.Rodent droppings were observed on the floor throughout the food store area (code 304).
