General sanitation is good. All handwashing sinks (front & kitchen) supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel in wall-mounted dispensers. Walk-in cooler at 3.0 C. Pizza prep.cooler at 2.2 C. Prep. cooler at 4.0 C. Front display cooler with sweets and beverages at 4.0 C. Walk-in freezer at -27 C. Front food display - good (covered and in the display case and box). Thermometers for cold units - available. High temperature dishwasher at 75.4 C. Sanitizer solution available in spray bottle and it at 100 ppm of Chlorine concentration. Food storage practices are satisfactory in dry storage area. Fan hood - satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection. Washroom - clean & fully supplied.
