Follow-up inspection of the food premises conducted. Most previous violations have been corrected.

-cooler handles and other high touch surfaces had been cleaned. Better than before but continued sanitation is required to maintiain cleanliness.
-Sanitizer spray bottles were made available in all food preparation areas and had 200ppm chlorine residual - good!
-Broken preparation cooler door had been repaired. The cooler is maintaining <4C.
-Most units have accurate thermometers. Ensure all cooling units have thermometers for temperature monitoring.
-Floors had been cleaned and are in better condition from last inspection. More work is required to clean the hard to reach areas (under sinks, behind stove, around prep cooler).
-Food is stored safely in coolers - good!
-Dry ingredient bins are kept shut when not in use. Scoops are outside bins.

Great improvement from last inspection! Keep up the work and improve sanitation through regular checks and proper scheduling.
