Comments

Some minor cleaning of back warehouse where debris; produce cooler needs cleaning along concrete curb, wall joins in the produce cooler need to be re-caulked where damaged; dirty/slimy vegetable mats under vegetables in front service area to be removed, cleaned, and sanitized before reuse.

No other problems noted at the time of inspection, all refrigerators and freezers meet temperature requirements, pre-blended quaternary ammonium sanitizer at 200 ppm, food handling satisfactory, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
