Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. General sanitation is satisfactory. No rodent droppings observed. ***Reminder to keep door to kitchen closed and to clean spills/food debris quickly.*** Dry storage room clean and organized. 2 freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
